CRS Wholesale (Cambridge) Ltd was one of the first companies of its kind to gain the prestigious 'Investors in People' Standard.

'Investors in People' is a nationally recognised quality standard of achievement for employers who commit to, and actively pursue, the training and development of their employees. While other companies have assistance from consultants, CRS decided to 'go it alone'. After three years of preparation, the company felt it was ready to not only be assessed, but also to pilot a fast-track programme of assessment with 'Investor in People'. This involved far more detailed and demanding interviews with all levels of staff throughout the Company.

We develop teams to assist in the implementation of change and the spread of good practice in a diverse group of companies. The Company is now entitled to use the official 'Investor in People' logo on letterheads, advertisements and other communications to show it has received recognition of good practice.

CRS continues to value the 'Investors in People' standards and is currently undergoing its third assessment to retain the prestigious benchmark.
