This site is designed for the use of bona fide Bathroom showrooms ans builders merchants. To gain the most benefit from our website services you will need:

The services offered on this website seek to replicate the service we offer, and will continue to offer, through our experienced sales office team over the telephone and fax during working hours. The advantage however is that we hope you can benefit from checking stock, prices and ordering for delivery when the offices are closed.

Account: You are able to obtain detail regarding your account with us. Including the status of your account, outstanding invoices and the ability to reprint invoices.
Order On-line: We have 15,000 products available for on-line ordering. Once your online application has been accepted you can search our stock to obtain your prices (after discounts), you can obtain quotes, create your own order basket, create quotes and place an order for delivery. Our aim is to allow you to order directly 24 hours a day without picking up the phone. However at any point in the transaction you are free to speak to us in person if you prefer or you have any queries about the product or service. (Unfortunately we only operate the office for 7.30 am - 5.00 pm Monday to Friday).
Stock availability: Our automated stock control will ensure that you are confident of product and stock availability. The blue tick against any product shows it is available from stock.
Pricing: Once you have logged-in you will view the price for the goods as found in your latest edition of the CRS Catalogue, following all terms and discounts have been applied.
Deliveries: We are pleased to offer Next Day Delivery in our core trading areas. If you wish to check our delivery areas/service please click the link to the left.
